Dr Elizabeth Sahlie and Dr Suzanne Wallace are certified lactation counselors (CLCs) and have the knowledge, skill and attitude to provide superior clinical support and management to families that are breastfeeding.
WELL CHILD VISITS & IMMUNIZATIONS
Our usual well child visits are scheduled for 3-5 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months and 2 years old. Our physicians see children 2 years and older on a yearly basis until age 18. More frequent routine examinations might be necessary for children with chronic illnesses.

Professional fees are due and payable at the time service is rendered.

Co-payment and payment for non-covered services is expected at time of service.

If a patient/caregiver has no insurance, they will be seen on a cash basis.

We accept all major health insurance providers including Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama, Alabama Medicaid, United Healthcare, VIVA Health, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare Standard, Humana, and ALL Kids.

LOCATION & HOURS
Our office is located conveniently on the campus of Princeton Baptist Medical Center with easy access from nearby I-59. We are on the first floor with direct access to our suite from the sidewalk in front of the SWC Complete Health office building. Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building.
